From date of statement a
1% cash discount will be allowed on sales shown on this statement
(except bid accounts and FAE contracts) if paid by the 16th of the
next month. Net is due on the 28th, 2.5% discount available if
paid within 5 days of delivery. As of the statement date, a
FINANCE CHARGE is determined by applying a periodic rate of 1.65%
per month (CORRESPONDING ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF 19.8%) to
account balances over 30 days old. All transport loads of fuels
will be given a maximum of 10 days from delivery. No further
credit will be extended after 10 days of transport loads. All
heating fuels will be on a cash on delivery basis. Credit will be
extended for a period of 30 days from original statement. After 30
days from original statement date, no further credit will be
extended. PAYMENTS ARE APPLIED FIRST TO REDUCE THE FINANCE CHARGE
AND THEN TO REDUCE OLDEST UNPAID BALANCE. |
